Precision sheet metal shell processing technology is "fine" to "fine"

2026-01-09

The Precision Sheet Metal shell is the "facade" and "shield" of the equipment, and its process accuracy directly affects the performance and service life of the equipment. Through the entire process of refined craftsmanship, we create   high precision sheet metal casings  suitable for various types of mechanical equipment, interpreting the core of "fine craftsmanship".

1 Accurate pre-processing: drawing analysis and material selection

After receiving the demand, the technical team accurately analyzed the design drawings and clarified the dimensional tolerances, structural details and performance requirements. Select high-quality plates such as cold-rolled steel plates and stainless steel, and determine the thickness based on the equipment usage scenarios (such as corrosion resistance and impact resistance) to ensure the quality of the equipment shell from the source.

2 Fine blanking: CNC cutting benchmark

CNC laser cutting technology  is used to accurately read drawing data and achieve millimeter-level cutting with a cutting error of ≤0.1mm to ensure the accuracy of plate size and hole position. For complex contours, the cutting path is optimized through programming to reduce material waste and improve processing efficiency.

3 Precision molding: CNC bending and shaping

Relying on the CNC bending machine, the bending angle and pressure parameters are set according to the equipment shell structure to ensure that the folding edge is straight and the angle is accurate, and to avoid deformation affecting assembly. For complex structures such as arcs and multi-curved surfaces, segmented bending and mold-assisted molding are used to ensure a perfect fit between the sheet metal shell and internal components.

4 Precision welding and grinding: building a solid structural beauty

Use argon arc welding, CO2 welding or laser welding technology to achieve uniform welds, no welding, and enhance the structural strength of the shell. After welding, it is finely polished to remove burrs and welding slag to make the surface smooth and smooth, which not only improves the appearance but also avoids potential safety hazards during use.

5 Fine surface and final inspection: strict quality control

It can be sprayed, sprayed or brushed as needed. The coating has strong adhesion and is scratch-resistant and anti-corrosion. The finished product must pass multiple rounds of quality inspections such as dimensional review, appearance inspection and assembly testing to ensure that each precision sheet metal     shell meets high standard delivery requirements.
